They are also really easy to clean, don't discolour, and lead to a more comfortable cycle with less cramps. Menstrual cups are a game changer and these are the nicest type that I have tried. Boil the cups in water for about three minutes before first use, fold to insert into your vagina, and wear for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. Wash the cups between uses with toy cleaner, then after menstruation boil them for about three minutes.

Set includes one 15 millilitre cup and one 20 millilitre cup for different needs.
